Youre right that crown is interesting, it looks quite atypical. A similar crown is photographed in the typology of J. Hána in the appendix on page 181, photo 91 for type XIV.i. The font agrees with the official production of the Kutná Hora Mint. This is probably a not very successful stamp with a crown.

Thanks, Kacuro! I just checked the photo and theres a bead on the top of the central lily.
More interesting is absence of double cross between DEI and GRATIA. It looks the coin was hammered after dead of king Wenceslas during Hussite wars. According to current typololgy 1420 - 1423. Especially if the lion has got a tongue - and it seems so.
